This is a Journey, Not a Program
I don’t work like everyone else — and that’s intentional.I don’t sell packages or promise a structured path toward a fixed “goal.” Real healing is unpredictable. It doesn’t happen on a schedule, and there’s no universal “medicine” that works for everyone. When we work together 1:1, I don’t limit how often we meet, and I don’t give you endless homework. Instead, I offer presence, deep listening, and reflection. I meet you where you are — not where I think you should be. I work with what’s here and now.
I work with intuition, somatic presence, and what’s real for you in this moment. Healing can’t be forced or rushed — it unfolds when it’s ready.I’m not here to break your habits or rewire your brain. I’m here to be with you, as you are.
Sometimes I’ll challenge you, and occasionally I’ll suggest something to explore between sessions. But ultimately, I trust that you know yourself best. My role is to listen deeply and reflect what I hear — to help you recognize your own truth, not impose mine.
During my own healing journey, I had the privilege of meeting weekly with the abbot at my temple for two years. We would sit together, practice together, and talk. Sometimes he’d offer a word or teaching that resonated immediately. But more often, the insight would come much later — after the moment had passed. That experience shaped how I hold space for others: with patience, humility, and the understanding that change arrives in its own time.
I walk with you as you move toward understanding and accepting what is sacred about yourself. This is not a quick-fix process. It’s a relationship. A practice. A slow unfolding. What I can promise is this: over time, you will learn to trust yourself more, love yourself more, and define your life on your own terms. If that resonates with you, we might work well together.
